Hello all, been lurking here for the last 5 months or so to pass the time (deployed) and want to up my brewing game, so I decided to join. I have done the Mr Beer kits in the past as a curiosity with decent results, but brewing my own from actual recipes and experimenting sounds a lot more fun. Can’t wait to get home and try some of the recipes out.
