Hi,
My wife and I have slowly gotten back into brewing, though on a smaller scale than I was doing 7 or 8 years ago when I was brewing beer.

Last spring we made 1 gallon Dandelion wine and started drinking it on new years. It was delicious and very potent, and we got hooked on brewing / fermenting.

We just started on a one gallon batch of hard ginger beer(well as we speak Im waiting for it to cool before I pitch the yeast)

Our other project is that we keep a running batch of kombucha going.

I had an account here years ago, but could not for the life of me remember the user name or email... doesnt matter either way, I mostly lurked and didnt manage to post that often, so it is unlikely that anyone would remember me.

But I am glad to be on the forum, and have been enjoying real small batch fermentation, I think we will try to ferment / brew just about anything that we can think of. I was thinking a gallon of carrot or beet wine(I never realised how great small batched were before... you can try all kinds of things you would never try in a five gallon or larger batch)
