Hi all,
Just joined (to be honest, so I could see the pictures in a particular thread). I've been brewing for about 7 years now. All-grain for about 2 months, so I'm very much a newbie again. I'm about to brew my 5th AG on the weekend, a Belgian Wit. I currently have a temperature controlled fermenting fridge and a converted chest freezer that holds 6 cornies, with 3 taps. I just bought a March pump, so no more heavy lifting for me. Will make sparging much easier (I batch sparge).
