Hi, i have been on this forum a while ago and just have a few questions brewing related.
1- when brewing a stout, if cocoa is added to the stout when brewing, would this make for a sort of chocolate stout taste or ruin it? if this works, could it be added the same way you would "dry hop" the batch only with cocoa?
2- also been reading on water purifier for brewing- can anyone shed some light on this procedure if they have managed to make it work?
