Hello, I just found this forum today. I'm on day 3 of my second batch of wine(apple/wildberry/blackcurrant, from scratch). Fermenting very well. After my first batch(kit), I couldn't be happier. I learned alot from that batch, but will learn more with this one too. The only concern I have had so far is my SG started at 1.14, but the volume is only about 18-19 litres. It could use some more water when racked to carboy, and topped up to 23 litres. All in all, though happy to read other brewers problems, questions, recipes. You can learn alot from other peoples experiences.
