Just wanted to say hello to everyone and generally thank you for the help you have already provided.
A buddy and I (user: bozzyfresh) brew just about every weekend and have been for a little over a year.
We are using and working on a 10-gallon RIMS system using converted kegs.
I love making big, challenging beers, but have grown to love the process almost as much as the beer and look forward to the rest of my life brewing.
