Hi Everyone,

I started brewing last month and I'm already obsessed. I just completed my sixth 3 gallon batch, and I'm averaging a batch a week. The folks at my LHBS said I had better step it up to 2 per week because my batches are small!

I catapulted right into all-grain. I dumped the first batch (I think I extracted tannins) but the second came out great, the third pretty good (so far, it needs more conditioning), and the rest who knows, but overall so far so good.

I am from Michigan, currently living in Tennessee. Glad to be here and I hope I can contribute something useful!
 
this is like a home away from home. going to do two counterop partial mashes this weekend. don't think i'm not ready to jump into all-grain just yet. cheers! :drunk:
