I was born and raised in the Chicago area, where every corner had a tavern and then I moved to a dry county in Kentucky and now I get nagged by the beer police (my wife) every time I want a new brew.. Well, i stumbled onto this website and expect it to be a lot of fun.

If you love good beer and don't mind having a hobby that takes some time to master and like a good challenge, then becoming a great home brewer is a very rewarding hobby. I started in 1972 and have been at it ever since. My family and friends always ask what is on tap and like to enjoy beer with me. I don't abuse beer and it is not for that purpose. Brewing is like art and your beer is the picture.
