Hello. I am new.

I am not quite sure what to say. I am very new to the homebrewing game. My fiancee and I finally got around to make our first brew. It's a pretty easy Grand Cru kit, so nothing too fancy...but a good way to get immersed into the homebrew game!

Hope to hang around and learn all sorts of tips and tricks from the wise community here.

Welcome, but I must say, a Grand Cru doesn't sound all that easy! Isn't that similar to a saison?
