Hi all, looking forward to diving headfirst into this addicting hobby. I've got 2 extract batches under my belt (brewed with the help of some more experienced brewers) and 1 all grain/BIAB in secondary. Working on a yeast starter now from harvested yeast to brew another pale ale this weekend. I'm beginning this quest using small batches to allow extreme amounts of experimentation. Lots of fun to be had I'm sure and lots to learn from HBT!
