My new son in law turned me onto this forum a couple months ago and I've been lurking in the the shadows and finally desided to join. I love the wealth of info here and have learned a lot and want that to continue.
I started brewing with extract back in 1989, eventually went to AG with a 3 tier gravity system. A couple years ago I sold everything because I lost intrest but the itch came back a few months ago brewing with my SIL.
I've tonned it down to 2.5 gal batches of extract and have made 5 batches so far. I keg all my bews in 2.5 gl corny kegs, prime with sugar and use a small co2 cartridge for dispensing.
Once I burn through my extract I'm thinking of going back to AG and trying out the BIAB technique.
