Hi! Just starting in the "dark side" of homebrewing. 3 weeks ago I brewed my first extract red ale, and is already bottled and conditioning. Been reading a lot, and waiting for a lot of stuff bought in the US! (Kettles, SS brewbucket, etc)
Kind of hard to find ingredients in South American countries, but managed to find some barley and hops with a local supplier. I will be recipe-limited because only been able to find base malt, cascade and chinook hops, some caramel and roasted. Any advise is appreciated!
