Hey everyone, just signed up.
I have been brewing for over a couple of years now. I have several brews under my belt including my own recipe (to be posted soon).
I am still brewing extract for now with a conical fermenter. I want to get to all grain, but the cost is keeping it away. I am a hophead at heart, so IPAs and Pale Ales are my favs.
I have a Black IPA that will ge going into the keg today.
I look forward to learning as much as I can from everyone.
