Hello!

I've been lurking around here without an account for probably two years now. After making around 15-20 batches with them getting progressively better, I made an account to submit some brews and maybe even send them out to get some feedback. Definitely looking into canning as the LHBS has a canning station that is free to use, so long as you pay for the cans. Next brew is probably going to be a kettle sour soured with omega lacto blend and then fermented with omega saisonstein's monster, then set on cranberries for Thanksgiving/Christmas time. I've soured with goodbelly and then US05 before but was thinking the saison yeast would make it drier? Anyway, thank you all for helping me learn to brew.
