Hello from the UK

Hello all!

Thought I should sign up to the best brewing forum I have found online so far...

I am in the UK not far from London and after a couple of trips to Ottawa a couple of years ago have been hooked on the american style IPA's and Pale's.

We don't get them too easily (or cheaply) over here so I decided the best I can do is brew them (or at least try too) myself!

So I have brewed a couple of recipes so far this year from this site, the Zombie Dust clone and the Pliny the Elder clone... ZD was fantastic and I have just finished the PTE and its now chilling before I pitch the yeast.
Hope it turns out well, but undershot OG so fingers crossed.

Thanks! I was in Colorado recently in Denver but staying in Centennial... you guys get great beer, I was spoiled for choice!

Visited a couple of the brewpubs in Golden too and they were really good!
