hello all,
I am Bryce, Joe, Neil, or Adam. the reason there's four names is because we all brew our beer (and possibly mead, soon) as a group to offset the costs (4 college kids) and to bring our different tastes as ideas into a plan (sort of). we stumbled upon this site and it has been a great source to research and we plan to use it and to give feedback once we get the feel for brewing. as of today, we haven't done a brew from scratch, but have tweaked a couple of kits. we plan on making our own recipes very soon, so any advise or wisdom would be greatly appricated.
