Hi, just wanted to quickly introduce myself. I have been brewing for about 12 years on and off. Mostly off. I live in Elgin TX just outside of Austin. I have recently got back into it with a buddy of mine. This past year I made a 1 gallon batch of mustang grape semisweet wine, Alton Browns ginger ale, 5 gallons of Wiesbier and currently 2 gallons of cider and a gallon of mesquite bean wine. Next will be a larger batch of cider if the ones going right now come out good. Next up is prickly pear wine once the fruit ripens.
