I'm a relative newcomer to Homebrewing, been using the Grainfather G30 for about a year/12 brews now.
I often brew with my Buddy (Raj) who lives near loch Lubnaig. We both have very soft water but are really getting into it now.

Welcome to HBT.
I was in Scotland a few years ago and tried Broughton Exciseman's Scottish Ale. It was one of the best beers I've had.
Haven't tried that but will look out for it. Often thought about doing a Scottish Brown Ale, I was at a lecture in Edinburgh in 2022 on the history of brewing in Scotland and it was made here from the 1600s, popularised in the 1900s by William McEwan Younger, if anyone else is old enough to remember Younger's Tartan Special!
