Hello from South Jersey

I am returning to home-brewing after a 20 plus year hiatus. I am brewing in a Two Weld 8 Gallon Stainless Steel Pot and using the FastFerment conical fermenter. I am conditioning my beer in corny kegs and will be transferring some of it to 5 liter kegs and 750 ml bottles.
