Good to be on your Forum, Have been following for a couple of years but finally decided to register and take part.
I live in the Kruger National Park Game Reserve in South Africa, so deep in a wildlife area.
I got into brewing after ready a copy of Popular mechanics by chance some years ago. I now am obsessed and every day I get more carried away with this wonderful pastime.
The biggest challenges I have is availability of stock for brewing and the very poor water that I have here. My water comes from wells and sits at 1800ppm of Carbonates, Magnesium and zinc. I thus have no choice but to push my water through a double RO membrane system and it ends up being 0 ppm,
