Hello,
I still consider my self a noob, even though I have been brewing for about 18 years. i have only done about 25, 5 gallon batches in that time. Now that I am getting older, I find my self wanting to get more into brewing, and trying other methods ( all grain ). This seems like a great place to get a lot of info.
