Hey guys,

My name is Konrad, about 25 years old, from Poland (European Union) and I'm a knifemaker.

And new into beer brewing :D

For now I slowly collect knowledge and stuff needed to make good beer.

Mostly I was making Podpiwek (sub-beer) and wine, but it's time to start making real good beer. ( I hate our corpo-lagers (Tyskie, Zywiec, Zubr etc >.>)

I think, that this forum will be nice point to start with travel into brewing?
