I brewed my first beer about 27 years ago. My uneducated (and commercially tainted) palette at the time wasn't pleased with the results and sadly it was also my last.
Fast forward to last year when I discovered the world of craft beers and learned to appreciate the different flavours and styles.
I now have a batch of pale ale fermenting away in my basement and you can be sure it won't stop there.
Thanks to info I found on this forum, I have also learned that there's no such thing as waiting too long to bottle. I will be patient.
