Hello! I am getting back into brewing after brewing loads in college. It was a great hobby to sink my teeth into while I was studying chemical engineering (enzyme kinetics, equipment design, heat and energy balances, etc) and fell in love with it.
I look forward to reading more, contributing, and getting caught on how things have changed over the last handful of years.
