Hi all! My name is Amy and I live in O'Fallon, IL which is across the river from St. Louis. I'm excited to find this forum!
DH and my kids got me a brewing kit for my birthday in November. I am getting ready to bottle my first brew this evening. I'm currently using Brewer's Best kits - I've got an IPA ready to bottle, an English Pale Ale that I'll be moving to 2nd fermentation tonight. I plan to do an Irish Stout next weekend. I'm hoping to try out some recipes after I finish off with the kits and then eventually try to do something on my own. Yikes!
