Hi all!
I just recently received a Mr.beer kit for christmas and want to take it a lot farther. I have bought numerous books about home brewing and want to learn almost everything about it in my free time and eventually turn to all grain brewing.
Personally I am kind of a nerd and enjoy the chemistry behind it. Such as calculating IBUs, Utilization, and the possible gravity of the boil.
I am going to start buying supplies in the mean time and try to make up personal receipes and buy a decent starter kit.
