Hello all,
I just wanted to introduce myself. I have been lurking at HomeBrewTalk.com for a long time. I have been brewing since 2000 with a few years hiatus scattered about. My current setup is a two keggle system with a march pump, direct fire RIMS. I haven't gotten around to building my HLT. I use half barrel sanke kegs for fermentation and quarter barrel sanke kegs for bright/serving tanks. I currently work in the beer industry, which I have to say is much better than the IT industry (which after a few layoffs is how I ended up in the beer industry.)
My favorite beers are American IPAs, leaning towards the west coast style, Belgian Gueuze, Flanders Ale, German Pilsners, heavy stouts, robust porters, German Hefeweizen, American Hefeweizen, Quads, Rauchbier, Doppelbock...... Ok, Ok I like almost all beer.
Thank you to the HBT community for all the valuable information you have given me. I am glad I can finally return the support.
