Hello everyone,

Edmonton beer here. Re-started brewing a few years ago after a 10 year hiatus. COVID was the perfect reason to brew cat home. Initially started brewing about 30 years ago. I pretty much only do all-grain brewing using a grandfather system - usually German beers following the Reinheitsgebot, but also do fruit ales lately. Looking forward to learning an sharing on the forum,

I'm sure after ten years of being away you're getting thirsty for some great brews of your own. We all take breaks from brewing either from getting into a rut or life pulling us in a different direction. The main thing is you have jumped back into the driver's seat.
