I have recently found this community and saw a lot of great information so I thought I would join! I have been brewing extract kits periodically for about 15 years. I have never delved too deeply into this world and am now interested in learning how to brew great tasting beers. My short term goals are to learn how to all grain beer, hopefully create some of my own recipes that taste good, and be able to then purchase some ingredients in a bulk-like fashion to save a little money.
