Hello everybody,

My name is Sergio, and I got a 1 gallon brew kit for my birthday. Ive been meaning to add this to my list of hobbies (Which include AE86 corollas, bbq/smoking, and old landcruisers) I'll keep my questions to a minimum by doing searches before posting. Looking forward to being part of this community, and in the future, learning on how to make my own recipes. After I begin to get consistent results I'll upgrade to a 5 gallon kit and maybe begin kegging.

Hello Sergio. There is nothing wrong with starting with 1 gal batches. I do predict it will not be long before you move up to 5 gal, as once you taste you own home brewed beer, you will want more than 10 bottles per batch brewed. Welcome to HBT.
