Hello everyone on HBT, I've been a member for a number of years, and on and off hobby brewer. Just getting back into it this winter and finally making some posts here.
I do all grain in a mash tun and 5 gallon batches.
I also brew Kombucha since it's tasty and so much less work than beer.
Looking forward to being part of the discussions here!
