Hello fellow brewers!
I started brewing earlier this year. Dove straight in to all-grain and have been enjoying the ride. I have been piecing together equipment and will soon have a couple keggles.
I have an IPA's bottled and conditioning as well as an oatmeal stout. Also have ten more gallons in carboys that I will be dry hopping soon.
I have just received a gift from the gods... free hops. They were given to me freshly cut and stuffed into bags... leaves, vines and all. Now I have to figure out how to sort out what is usable.
The cones are all different sizes and some have touches of brown. Don't want to throw out anything that can be of use.
Any help is appreciated.
