Just back into homebrewing after a 18 year hiatus. I wish I had the internet back in 1994, for my first batch!!
I remember my first few batches when I lived in Charleston, SC. The Anheuser-Busch distributor would sell you a case of returnable bottles for $1. You just had to sign a release acknowledging the bottles were dirty. (They came straight from the local bars.)
I just picked up a corny keg and look forward to kegging my first batch!
