Transplanted Floridian in Washington, DC, here. Been silently pulling great info from tons of folks on here for nearly a year now, and figured it was time to introduce myself.
Brewed partial mashes on and off (mostly off) for about 13-14 years. During that time, I've managed some great brews, as well as some real stinkers (literally). Started back up full steam last Nov in the form of all grain, and have about 15 batches under my belt since then.
Still strictly bottle, but hopefully that will change soon (getting tired of knowing the relative strengths of label adhesives used by various breweries).
Anyhow....hello....and thanks to all the contributors here for such a wealth of confidence-inspiring knowledge!
