Hello everyone.
New brewer out of CT. Currently studying mechanical engineering at UConn. Brew extract, so far only 1 gallon brews (brew in my dorm) but I have completed 5 brews so far. Finally added some equipment such as a chest freezer with home made temp control, home made wort chiller, and now I got a CO2 tank and plan to force carbonate with 2 liter bottles and mini kegs. Looking to find new projects and recipies as well as general help with questions.
Look forward to meeting you all through future posts!

Welcome. Nothing wrong with extract, a friend of mine just won a silver medal for his extract RIS at a competition here last month. You can make fine beers with extract.
