After getting into homebrewing years ago,then stopping for awhile, I am just getting back into it. I've brewed three batches in the last month and a half or so and finally got a kegging system and keezer project going. My wife and I love beer and going out for micros. She likes dark I like light and hoppy. One thing we're experiencing here is that it seems everyone here likes huge 7%+ ABV beers. I'm trying to brew mostly some session beers with the same characteristics we both like. I'm learning a lot from reading other people's posts, hoping maybe I'll find some others to brew with in my area.
