Hello fellow home brewers! My name is Eric, I got started home brewing about 4 years ago, I wasn't very serious about it untill I decided to move up from the "Mr. Beer Kits" a couple Months ago. I was doing the "Mr Beer" canned malt extracts, and now have moved up to dry malt extract, trying to get a few more under my belt before making the plunge to all grain, that and $$$. I've got 3 5 gal batches under my belt now, the first one being the best so far. It was a custom red blend, he second being a very difficult traditional German Kolsh, trying the whole cold fermentation, and in its final stages of lagering. The third beeing a so called quick beer (which it has not been quick at all) an American Light Lager, done in with an ale type yeast. Just put in the keg tonight. An put in he fridge.
Cheers!
