Hey there, long time reader here. I just got back into homebrewing after a two year(!) hiatus...don't ask, because I don't know. But I'm back now, with a vengeance; I brewed my first (well, first in two years) batch last weekend and will be brewing again tomorrow. Already fretting too much. Anyway, just wanted to say hello.
