Hi,
Just taking a moment to introduce myself. I have been brewing with a buddy of mine, on a consitantly sporadic
basis for about ten years and have been brewing 10 gallon all grain batches for about the last six or seven years. By "consistantly sporadic", I mean that some years I have brewed once a month, and other years maybe only two or three times (usually depending on having the space to set up my little brewery made up of three converted kegs).
I can't really explain how I found this site, but I went online to buy a new hydrometer (broke mine last brew, those tiny little necks seem to be a weak point) so that I can brew this weekend and some how ended up here and then notice a post by someone I know from another, non-beer releated site. Anyway, I think I will stick around and see what I can learn.
