Hello all,
This is my first post here, but I have been a long time lurker. I have been brewing for 4 years or so, mostly extract and mash-extract batches. I have probably a hundred or so batches under my belt. I appreciate all styles but prefer the lighter side of the scale, lagers and extra pales specifically. Three months ago I decided to make the jump to all grain and have so far have completed 7 batches. I am hooked. I currently am using a double electrical keggle system (HLT and BK) with an water cooler mash tun (pics to follow). I am at the point now where I need to build a controller for the electrical system. I am registering here to get the help of the brilliant Pj for design advice, a thread which I shall post shortly.

Thanks

I haven't been there since my parents owned property in Rio Ranch Estates. Beautiful place. Sounds like you're getting really serious with AG equipment. I do pb/pm biab myself. Welcome to the best place for our kind of addiction...:mug:

Thanks for the welcome. Not so far, I make it up there fairly often. In fact I think I'm gonna be heading up to check out the Colorado malting co. later his month. Yeah I started with a batch every month, then every other week. Now every week I get two done in a day. I've got a lot of thirsty friends.
