Hello and welcome! I lived in Eagle River as a kid and remember things were expensive even then!

I can’t say the hobby has really ‘saved’ me any money, but if you’re going to spend time and money on a hobby anyway at least this one gives you drinkable beer. And if you don’t factor in the new shiny equipment, you can spend relatively little cost per gallon for better beer than many commercial options.
