evening chaps, fairly inexperienced homebrewer here in the UK just saying hello. I have found Dennys recipe for Bourbon Vanilla Porter and have that in my sights, great website, keep up the good work

thanks chaps.
Not hard to get homebrew ingredients, particularly with the internet and National suppliers.
Cant get any 2 row malt tho, so going to use Morris Otter instead, which will be new for me, as my local micro supplied me previously and he only uses Halcyon, as he prefers the biscuity taste.
Just ordered in fact, brewing next weekend, cant wait !

Many people prefer MO for Pale Ales anyway, you should be doing nicely (I assume you will be brewing IPAs??)
