Hello everyone. I am a Norwegian who have spent the last four years in Houston. I am just getting into brewing and have spent every evening the last months on forums and with my nose in a book about brewing. The awesome thread about the Grainfather convinced me to buy one - and today it was delivered! This is going to be fun.[emoji481]

Looking forward to some good discussions and to learn a lot from this great forum.

Welcome! Not sure where in Houston you reside, but there are many homebrew stores around that will be happy to hook you up with ingredients for that Grainfather! I particularly like the DeFalcos on Stella Link (it's also the closest to me), but the others are really nice too. Enjoy!
