Hey everyone,
Been lurking around here for a while, figured I might as well say "Hello", before I start asking any questions.
Started brewing about a year ago, and usually use all extract or partial grain recipes in 5 gal. batches.
Since we started, the wife and I have brewed:
1 - Hefeweisen
2A - Pumpkin Ale (2.5 Gal)
2B - Spice Ale (2.5 Gal)
3 - Raspberry Wheat
4 - Irish Stout (Our Favorite thus far)
5A - Blueberry Wheat (2.5 Gal)
5B - Prickley Pear Wheat (2.5 Gal)
6 - Irish Stout (Still out favorite!!)

Looking forward to getting to know some folks on here and picking the brains of most!
