So I decided to get started with home brewing after becoming enamored with craft beer and everything that surrounds it. While at first I felt that my impatience would limit my enjoyment from brewing, I finished up my first kit and am now hooked. I never realized just how simple yet intricate this hobby/profession could be. I already feel the need to move away from kits and start putting my own recipes together with the help of some fancy beer making software and websites. My only regret so far is waiting so long to get involved in the home brewing experience. I look forward to sharing my experiences, and would like to thank many of you whom have already indirectly expanded my knowledge as to just what the hell I am doing.
