Hey guys and gals, I am originally from Pennsylvania and have been home brewing for almost two years now. Started off with a Coopers kit while stationed in England, it tasted like crap, but the concept fascinated me and became instantly addicted. I have since moved on to all grain brewing and have't looked back. I joined these forums to increase my knowledge and share the hobby with like minded enthusiasts. I now live in Japan and see that the struggle for sourcing ingredients is quite real. I recently took a trip to the US and made sure to bring grains, hops, and yeast back for an upcoming Kolsch brew. That is one way to avoid shipping costs I guess.
