Hie team I would be brewing a 23 liter hybrid beer soon ..I just wanted to know how much carbonating sugars can I add on to it? Thank you

Without knowing the details it's hard to say. You could use any of these online priming sugar calculators (see links below), but you will need to know more than just the amount of beer you will be bottling. i.e. temperature, style of beer and CO2 volume you are aiming for.
