I've been brewing about a year. My go-to beers are dark. Simple set up. DigiBoil 9 gal. Done BiAB, extract, and all grain.

I also bottle prime and would love to discus that if anyone else does that.

Used to use the priming tablets. One tablet per 12oz bottle.
Switched to a bottling bucket and priming solution mixed with the beer. So much easier, IMHO.

Any specific questions? Someone here will answer. Lots of experienced brewers here willing to help.

BTW, welcome to HBT.

I always bottled. At first I would transfer the finished beer to a bottling bucket that had a priming solution via an auto siphon. Then bottle. Worked ok for a long while. Then I started to read about oxygen contact with finished beer can cause problems. So to try to minimize oxygen exposure I switched fermenters from a bucket to a Fermonster with a spigot. I add a half teaspoon table sugar to each 12 ounce bottle and fill the bottles directly from the fermenter with a bottling wand.
This has worked well for me and actually is a lot faster than using a bottling bucket.
