Hi my name is Charlie Im from Brooklyn NY and have been casually homebrewing for about 2 years, I have been looking into getting more into in the last few weeks, I have visited alot of brewpubs and religously watch beernutz on MOJO HD. I usually use prepackaged kits that have some crushed grains and malt extract. But the other day I made my own recipe for a honey porter and sent away for the ingredients. Should be interesting.
