I'm Jim,
I'm from South Boston Ma. Now living in Medford. 31 years old love drinking and brewing beer! Just brewed my first batch... a German Alt.(from a boxed kit...I had a friend who has brewed a couple times come over and walk me through it, I took notes, stirred ingridients etc...) Fermented for 2 weeks, just bottled, waiting to taste the homebrew! Target date is Sat Mar 19th! I hope to get good at this and keep brewing! I want to try and brew a batch every month or 1.5 months!

Welcome Jim! Let us know how that batch turns out! Also, do some searching for the term "pipeline" you'll be glad you did. I waited entirely too long between my first few batches and ended up being out of beer for a month or more at a time.
